About
Kian Architecture offers broad expertise and extensive experience, including 20 years in commercial architecture (with licensure to practice in 7 states and NCARB, LEED AP, LEED BD+C certification), 15 years in project management (including Project Management Professional [PMP] certification), and 5 years in real estate development. Project sizes range from 2,000 – 20,000 square feet. Project domains include, but are not limited to, medical, retail, athletic, industrial, multi-family, educational, and civic. Work scope includes, but is not limited to, new construction, renovations, tenant buildouts, interior architecture, exterior building design, renderings, and new additions. Services include all phases of the project life cycle, including pre-project planning, site design/planning, feasibility plans/designs, functional, aesthetic, and technical design, design development, document preparation for bidding/permitting/construction, construction administration, and project management.
